Thomas Brooke recites bond to Susannah Neville for £129.14. 0 due 24 August then next; unpaid; Culling Smith agreed to become trustee for Susannah; Thomas Brooke agrees that interest of C. Smith in mortgaged premises should not be redeemed by Thomas Brooke until said £129.14.0 paid.
