    i) Daniel Chapman of Hitchin, gentleman Joseph Margetts Pierson of Hitchin, gentleman Richard Crabb of Great Baddow, Essex, brewer William Burr of Luton, brewer John Marshall of Hitchin, liquor merchant (last three are executors of John Crabb deceased) ii) John Croft of Biggleswade, gentleman iii) Thomas Hagger junior of Biggleswade, ironmonger iv) Thomas Hagger senior of Potton, auctioneer recites: X440/281-4 whereas: the other mortgaged properties, exclusive of this messuage conveyed to iii) are enough security for the principal & interest so i) have agreed to assign the residue of the term of 1,000 years as far as it relates to this property, to iii) now: i) assigns to iv) in trust for iii) to attend the inheritance - piece of ground in Stratton Street, Biggleswade, being part of piece of ground formerly copyhold to which John Croft was admitted 16-17 April 1793 : East & North Turnpike Road : South Back Lane : West sundry cottages of John Croft witnesses: William Dunnage, Hitchin, Hertfordshire Richard Crabb junior, Sandon, Essex Thomas Morton
