    i) William Pope of Biggleswade, cornfactor ii) James Pope of Biggleswade, cornfactor iii) John Race of Biggleswade, gentleman iv) John Foster of Biggleswade, merchant v) Richard Foster of Town of Cambridge, merchant vi) Ebenezer Foster of the same, merchant recites: H/WS798, 804 & endorsement; 806, 810 21 April 1814 Assignment in Trust to Attend the Inheritance (i) Charles Chatfield, gentleman (ii) Louisa Scarven, spinster (iii) George Musgrave (iv) John Race (v) William Pope (vi) James Pope reciting death of William Robinson, no will traced therefore Letters of Administration limited to said term of 500 years granted by Prerogative Court of Canterbury to (i), reciting death of Edward Borrett in lifetime of Robert Scarven who is also dead. Will 25 October 1778 appointed (ii) executrix who proved in Prerogative Court of Canterbury 12 December 1778 then: property was assigned by (i) to (v) for residue of term of 500 years & by (ii) to (vi) for residue of term of 1,000 years in trust for (iv) to attend the inheritance now: i) at direction of iii) & nomination of iv) assigns & transfers to v) - property as in X440/261-2 for residue of term of 500 years further: ii) assigns & transfers to vi) - property as above for residue of term of 1,000 years v) & vi) to hold premises for residue of terms unexpired in trust for iv) to attend the inheritance signatures: i) - iii) witness: Robert Lindsell, solicitor Biggleswade J.O.
