consideration: £120 to be paid by i)
- 2 tenements in St Andrews Street, Biggleswade, in occupation of John Morley & Mary Manyweathers adjoining tenement late in occupation of - Mosely, widow, with yard, outbuildings & rights
ii) agrees to raise roof of tenement late in occupation of - Mosely widow at his own expense & to alter & make the outward form & appearance of the tenement like the 2 tenements sold to John Foster in case he should alter & raise the roofs of them
i) agrees to make the fence across the yard & has paid ii) 5s in part of the purchase money
