Thinks this will not be of use to ladyship; no doubt of use to Alston; but not to Admiral Cornish, Mr Chester or Mr Garth. A turnpike road through Lord St John's estate would be a great accommodation to his lordship, as he lives much in the country, and open communication for his tenants to Kimbolton and St Neots.
