Mr Campbell counsel for Mr Barns alleges that by Decree estates in question were directed to be sold with approbation of Mr Popham one of the masters of this court to best purchaser; estates were sold before said master in lots & Richard Rudd was best purchaser of Lot 2 at £400; Thomas Barns is willing to give £450 for this therefore Richard Rudd's purchase is not confirmed & it is prayed that the bidding for the lot be opened. Orders that upon Thomas Barns paying Richard Rudd his costs occasioned by bidding for & being reported best purchaser of lot 2 & paying £50 into the bank as deposit, it be referred back to said master to allow of a better purchaser of the premises,
