May audit. Mrs Box began paying rent from 1796. If Mrs Box, or Mr Wyatt as her tenant, expects house (very old) to be put in complete repair like a London house, it will cost more than ladyship will receive for many years (present rent £10). Mr Wyatt pays Mrs Box for house and close £40, but she pays you for house £10, close £5..5. Pea-fowls arrived safely; shall he get rid of some of the 12 brown peacocks? Maria Harrison in dangerous state. Arnold's wife come out of Bethlem incurable in some private madhouse (very heavy expense on parish). Fortunate we got rid of poor Munge to St James parish.
