i) Edward Bray of Tempsford, gentleman & wife Martha ii) William Rudd of Biggleswade, gentleman iii) William Beaumont of Biggleswade, maltster iv) Richard Burton of Eyeworth, yeoman whereas: ii) has purchased of i) premises [as in X440/170] & iii) has formerly purchased from i) - 24 acres arable on Holme Side in Biggleswade in occupation of John Boddington : East Brickill Close of Thomas Bromsall esquire : West common highway from Biggleswade to Langford : South arable of John Goods : North land of Robert Audley in occupation of William Layton & iv) has formerly purchased of i) - 20 acres arable & meadow in common fields & meadows of Biggleswade now: for saving charge of several fines i) has agreed to levy one fine of 65 acres arable in Biggleswade & Holme to ii) & iii) by such names as ii) & iii) shall require fine shall be taken to be that land purchased by ii) to use of ii); by iii) to use of iii), by iv) to use of iv) witness: John Boddington Richard Lee T.
