Have made ladyship's wishes known to parishioners; would not have thought of promising own vote without consulting ladyship. Wishes are naturally with Sir J Osborn; but having received great kindness from Duke of Bedford, should wish to give 2nd vote to Tavistock unless strong reason to contrary. Distribution of wood.
