i) Edward Rudd of Biggleswade gentleman ii) Robert Jenkyn of Harpenden, Hertfordshire esquire consideration: £3,500 - 2 messuages in Biggleswade containing 3 burgages called the White Hart occupied by i) - 2 cottages in Biggleswade late in occupation of John Crick & widow Cooper now occupied by Joseph Lake - 2 acres 3 roods in Back Mead late in occupation of i) now of Samuel Cole & Thomas Hyde - 5 acres 2 roods meadow in Horse Croft or Long Mead otherwise Raymead in Biggleswade occupied by i) - 94 acres 2 roods arable in Biggleswade occupied by i) - Whites Close 2 acres late occupied by Henry Gwyn now Roger Leighton junior - parcels of meadow in Biggleswade 3 acres ¼ rood occupied by i) all which premises were surrendered to i) by William Rudd his late father at court 9 & 10 April 1706 - copyhold part of close called the Delves occupied by i) - 17 acres arable late in occupation of William Hancock now i) - 1 acres in Longmead occupied as above - 2 acres arable in Northfield occupation as above - 2 pieces arable 18 acres occupied i) ...1 parcel in Southfield on Hunger Hill or near Hungerhill Peice ...1 parcel in field called Holmside on South side of London Road which 18 acres were land of Mark Mott esquire all which premises were purchased by i) of Richard Lee of Clifton gentleman son & heir of Mathew Lee late of the same gentleman son & heir and devisee of Richard Lee late of Potton, gentleman, deceased.
