    Conditional Surrender i) Edward Rudd ii) Nicholas Phipp of Potton, gentleman - all copyhold part of close of pasture & arable called the Delves 5 acres late in occupation of Edward Briggs now of i), purchased by Richard Lee gentleman, deceased, of Edward Bray of Tempsford, gentleman - 17 acres arable in common fields of Biggleswade occupied by William Hancock, purchased of Christopher Challice - 1 acre in Longmead occupied and purchased as above - 2 acres arable in North Field, Biggleswade in occupation of William Hancock, formerly land of Thomas Goodchild, purchased by Richard Lee of William Young - 2 pieces arable in common fields of Biggleswade 18 acres, one parcel of which is at South Field in Hungerhill, other in field called the Home Side on South side of London road, occupied by i) - all copyhold lands in Biggleswade late of Mark Mott, esquire, except the Bishopps Close (5 acres) now occupied by Edward Oxenbridge & little close of pasture adjoining the Bishopps (1½ acres) occupied by Thomas Pope, which last 2 closes were surrendered by Richard Lee to Richard Hyde - all common of pasture & rents held of manor by Mark Mott & purchased by Richard Lee, deceased, of said Mark - all other closes in Biggleswade lately purchased of Richard Lee by i) proviso to be void on repayment of £460 by i) to ii)
