cousin Charles Henry Faithfull and brother William Norris appointed executors and trustees

- to Charles Henry Faithfull and William Norris, in trust
household goods and furniture, plate etc in house at her decease, money and personal estate, share and interest in certain farms, lands etc. in Colmworth and Eaton Socon and all other real estate
trust
- to pay to sister-in-law Ann Elizabeth Norris, widow of late brother Charles Norris, annual sum of £50 for life
- to pay to cousins Elizabeth Ann Norris and Sarah Isabella Norris and survivor of them, annual sum of £20 for life
- to servant Mary Patman, annual sum of £10 for life
- to servant Mary Wilson, annual sum of £10 for life
subject to these payments, said rents, income etc. to be paid to and between said sister-in-law Ann Elizabeth Norris, and brothers John Elye Norris and William Norris, for life. After death of sister-in-law, her 1/3 part to be shared between said brothers and survivor of them and their respective widows, and then to children equally. After decease of either of brothers, 1/3 part of share of said brother to be paid to his widow for life etc. and then to trustees for sale. Proceeds (after expenses paid) to be divided equally among nephews and nieces
Power given to trustees to make partition of Colmworth and Eaton Socon estates, if necessary

annuities of £10 to Mary Patman and Mary Wilson, to be paid without deduction for duty, out of income of personal estate
has advanced to nephew Lewin Charles Cholmley Ralston Norris, £550 and may advance other sums to him or other nephews and nieces. At division of trust estate, such sums advanced shall be brought into hotchpot before said nephews and nieces be entitled to share. During lifetime of cousins, brothers and sister-in-law, nephews and nieces to pay no interest upon any sums which have been received from her.
