    Admission & Common Recovery i) Richard Lee, gentleman, of Potton on surrender of: ii) Edward Rudd, gentleman a) - 2 messuages, in Biggleswade containing 3 burgages formerly called the White Hart now in occupation of William Rudd, gentleman, father of said Edward & in occupation of Marmaduke West b) - 2 cottages in Biggleswade formerly in occupation of William Mathewes & widow Jeve, now John Crick & widow Cooper c) - 2 acres 3 roods meadow in Back Mead in occupation of William Rudd d) - 5 acres 1 rood meadow in Horsecroft or Longmead alias Raymead e) - 94 acres 2 roods arable in fields of Biggleswade in occupation of William Rudd f) - Whites Close 2 acres in occupation of William Rudd & all other lands held of the manor which were surrendered by William Rudd gentleman deceased, late father of above & Margaret late wife of William Rudd to use of William Helder alias Spicer of Offley, Hertforshire, gentleman, Edward Burr, junior, of Great Wimbley, Hertfordshire, gentleman & John Hunger of Potton, gentleman who were admitted 11 May 17 Charles II [1666] [X440/66]; afterwards surrendered by them 13 & 14 May 31 Charles II [1679] [X440/67] for separate uses except one cottage lately sold by William Rudd to Samuel Blowes & his heirs fine: 10s 5d then: Recovery (i) Edward Anderson, gentleman (plaintiff) (ii) Richard Lee (tenant) iii) Edward Rudd (1st vouchee) (iv) William Rudd, gentleman, (2nd vouchee) (v) John Sherman (common vouchee) - 2 messuages, 2 cottages, 100 acres land, 10 acres meadow & 3 acres pasture in Biggleswade then: (i) & (ii) surrendered property to use of (iii)
