    - to Robert Parrott, nephew, son of brother Richard Parrott, Newport Pagnell, Buckinghamshire, draper, £80, to be paid to him by the executors, in trust. Robert Parrott to pay £20 to brother Richard and out of the £60 remaining shall pay to sister Redeviva Searles, London, widow an annuity of £3 to be paid by ½ yearly instalments. After the decease of Redeviva Searles Robert Parrott shall pay to his eldest sister Mary Parrott, my niece, £20 and to his sister Sarah Gee, now wife of [ ] Gee of Hemel Hempstead, baker, £20 and the remaining £20 out of the £60 to Robert Parrott for his care and pains in the execution of the said trust - to Richard Canham, Stony Stratford, Buckinghamshire, draper, my nephew, £120, to be held in trust. The said Richard Canham "shall give and dispose of five pounds worth of bread unto and amongst such Poor House Keepers of the town of Leighton as shall not Receive Collection" the said bread to be provided by James Hawkins my tenant. Robert Parrott to pay out of the remaining £115, an annuity of £5 to Redeviva Searles to be paid ½ yearly; after the decease of Redeviva Searles to pay to Francis Coales, niece, now wife of Benedict Coales, Leighton Buzzard, tallow chandler and to Elizabeth Butterfield, niece, Leighton Buzzard, widow, £30, and to niece Sophia Maria Canham, now wife of said Richard Canham, £20 and to nephew William Parrott, Leighton Buzzard, draper, £20. The residue of £15 after the decease of Redeviva Searles to be paid to Richard Canham. - to Redeviva Searles, sister, my messuage or cottage , now divided into 2 tenements on the N. side of the Great Street, Leighton Buzzard now in occupation James Hawkins, baker and William Athis Taylor and all barn, stables etc. after her decease to Robert Parrott and Richard Canham, my nephews, to pay the rents ½ yearly to Redeviva Adams, niece, only daughter of Redeviva Searles, now wife of Christopher Adams of London. After the decease of the said Christopher Adams the messuage is bequeathed to Redeviva Adams her heirs and assigns provided always: that if Redeviva Adams predecease Christopher Adams then the messuage is given to the heirs of Redeviva Adams - to Redeviva Searles my best feather bedstead, curtains, vallons, bolster, pillows and all wearing apparel - to Frances Coles, niece, all other household goods - residue of personal estate, money, debts and chatels to Frances Coles [office copy]
