    to land: - pasture at the North end of the parish of Stewkley within said manor containing 4 acre 1 rood 32 perches called Lower Green Close sometime in occupation Benjamin Willis then Thomas Cornborough then John Bates : part SW. freehold close called Dipper Green Close since sold by John Bates to ii) to which ii) was admitted 17 June 1854 on surrender John Bates and Hannah his wife. Quit rent 10d -that cottage or tenement built by Mathew Bliss [?] on part of land next described, in the North End of Stewkley -also pasture North End, Stewkley, including adjoining cottage and outhouses containing 2 acres 20 perches :S. by North end of private road set out by Stewkley enclosure commissioners :SW. now or late Ralph Bliss :NW. freehold and leasehold land conveyed respectively by John Mead and Robert Round to ii) :NNE. and SE. formerly Charles Ashfield deceased late of ii) to which said cottage and land ii) admitted 7 June 1854 on surrender Mathew Mead and Robert Rand ii) died intestate leaving i) heir at law. i) admitted to above lands Quit rent: 1..6d Fealty: 10d Fine: £55
