to which ii) was admitted 17 June 1854 on surrender John Bates and Hannah his wife. Quit rent 10d
-that cottage or tenement built by Mathew Bliss [?] on part of land next described, in the North End of Stewkley
-also pasture North End, Stewkley, including adjoining cottage and outhouses containing 2 acres 20 perches
