Recites: that Joseph Pebody has power of appointment and disposal of an estate in Surcott, otherwise Southcourt, Linslade and possession of tithes
- a parcel of meadow called Three Corner Close, 2,400' square consisting of 3 cottages and buildings in the occupation of Samuel Whittles, William Honour and [ ] Young
- land to the S. of above, a cottage and outbuildings in the occupation of Joseph Pebody and yard and garden adjoining
- a garden on the E. of above plots 36' x 100' in occupation of Joseph Pebody
- all said premises are bounded;
