    Recites: that Joseph Pebody has power of appointment and disposal of an estate in Surcott, otherwise Southcourt, Linslade and possession of tithes - a parcel of meadow called Three Corner Close, 2,400' square consisting of 3 cottages and buildings in the occupation of Samuel Whittles, William Honour and [ ] Young - land to the S. of above, a cottage and outbuildings in the occupation of Joseph Pebody and yard and garden adjoining - a garden on the E. of above plots 36' x 100' in occupation of Joseph Pebody - all said premises are bounded; :N. land John Wise and remaining part N. and part E. cottages and premises of George Osborne :remaining part E. Turnpike Road from Leighton Buzzard to Wing and Aylesbury :S. road leading to railway station :W. cottages and premises of Thomas Grace Indorsement: by Thomas Buller and Richard Jones, tithe Commissioners confirming merger
