Reciting will of George Gascoyen dated 22 July 1857 by which he appointed his wife, Catherine Gascoyen (who pre-deceased him) and ii) executors and trustees. All real estate bequeathed to them in trust for sale.
He died on 22 February 1866. Will proved (PPR) by i) on 5 April 1866
Now in consideration of £120 paid to i) by ii)
i) grants to ii)
- piece of land in Aspley Guise abutting on Weathercock Lane
- land at Hogstye End, Wavendon now used as one piece of ground
- messuage or cottage formerly occupied by Ebenezer Clarke and Edward Abbot and now of ii)
No widow of ii) shall be entitled out of dower in said premises
