    i) releases to ii), in his actual possession by virtue of a lease for a year dated the previous day - ground in Aspley Guise NE: Aspley Weathercock Lane SE: garden ground belonging to George Gascoyen in occupation of - Rayne S & pt SW: close of pasture in Wavendon, Bucks, belonging to to Thomas Higgins every other part: Next described piece - piece of land at Hogstye End, Wavendon, Bucks SW: Woburn to Newport Pagnell turnpike road NW end or corner: Weathercock Inn NE (small part): Weathercock Lane NE (remainder) and E: above described land SE: said close of Thomas Higgins which said 2 pieces of ground were sometime since laid together - messuage, now divided into 2 tenements, erected partly on one and partly on other of said 2 pieces of ground.
