    reciting lease and release of 5 and 6 July 1810 a) Richard Higgins, Richard Thos How b) said James Young c) said Thomas Day - certain piece of ground was conveyed to b) on trust reciting lease and release of 24 & 25 March 1812 [X395/81-82] Whereas said piece of land hereinafter mentioned to be situated in Aspley Guise is part of larger piece of land described in lease and release of 5 and 6 July 1810. Undermentioned piece of ground is same as in deeds of 24 and 25 March last [X395/81-82] Now in consideration of £100 paid to i) by ii) i) appoints, attested by 2 witnesses - said pieces of land to ii) on trust for ii) for life with power to commit waste, and then to iii) in trust for ii) Now for more effectually assuring the said pieces of ground to ii) i) at request of ii) releases to ii), in his actual possession by virtue of a lease for a year made the previous day - piece of ground in Aspley Weathercock Lane leading from Aspley Guise to a public house called the Weathercock, in length 66ft and - ft in width - piece of ground at Hogstye End, Wavendon, bounded as in X395/81-82 which said 2 pieces of land are now lying together - buildings built on said land to be held on trust for ii) Signatures of i) and ii) Endorsed receipt Witnesses Phillip Abday, C R Day, clerk to Mr Day, attorney at law, Woburn
