With promise to execute a reassignment of the mortgage 26 Feb 1742 also endorsed with: Assignment of mortgage term i) William Neale ii) Daniel Hipwell, Pavenham, yeoman i) is now entitled to the remainder of the mortgage term on 26 Feb 1742 i) received from William Nailer £12 10s in full of principal and interest.
