i) Charles Turney of Bedford, farmer ii) Arthur William Sanders of Odell, farmer iii) Elizabeth Sanders, wife of ii) consideration: natural love and affection i) conveys to ii) & iii) :- - 32 acres land in Souldrop, occupied by widow Rawlins - 2 cottages in occupation of George Wood and another one half to be held to use of ii), other half to be held to use of iii) - all copyhold property of i) in Souldrop to use of ii) & iii) All these conveyed to ii) & iii) in lieu of any expectations they may have under will of i) signature : i) witness: Walter B Jessop, solicitor, Bedford 24 May 1892 endorsed : Memorandum of Conveyance, dated 11 August 1915 (i) Jethro John Wiggins Walter Budworth Jessop (ii) George Henry Skinner - farm and lands at Souldrop containing 30 acres 28 poles in occupation of Arthur Lamb conveyed by i) to ii)
