- Scope and Contenti) John Gibbard of Sharnbrook, esquire, executor of will of William Gibbard of Sharnbrook, esquire, deceased, which said William Gibbard was sole executor of will of Reverend Mr John Gibbard late of Sharnbrook, clerk, deceased ii) Joseph Eden of Souldrop, farmer, eldest son and heir of Thomas Eden, late of Souldrop, deceased, which said Thomas was eldest brother of Inkersole Eden of Souldrop, deceased and uncle and heir of Joseph Eden, son of Inkersole Eden, who died unmarried and intestate iii) John Talbot of Olney, Bucks, gentleman recites: X547/52-64 now owing to i) £280 for principal and interest now: consideration: £280 by iii) to i) £420 to ii) by iii) i) transfers to iii) all claim on property for remainder of terms of 500 and 1000 years Covenant to insure property for not less than £300 signature : i), ii) witnesses: Edmund Reeve, clerk to Messrs Pearse and Son, solicitors, Bedford Thomas Budd, attorney, Bedford, William Hurst, his clerk 8 Dec 1821 endorsed : Assignment of Mortgage (i) William Talbot Wallis of Shifford, Oxfordshire, gentleman Thomas Knighton of Stony Stratford, Buckinghamshire, gentleman (ii) Thomas Eden of Souldrop, farmer, eldest surviving son and heir of Joseph Eden who died intestate (iii) William Knighton of Great Catworth, Huntingdonshire, farmer (iv) John Garrard of Olney, Buckinghamshire, gentleman recites: X547/68 Death of John Talbot on 27 April 1841, leaving will dated 25 Jan 1840 whereby he appointed George Wallis, since deceased, William Talbot Wallis and Vincent Wallis, who died in testator's lifetime, Thomas Knighton and Thomas Collier, since deceased as executors, and left them all residues of money. Codicil dated 16 Jun 1841 did not affect this bequest.
