    i) James Catesby of Sharnbrook, plumber and glazier, husband of Mary, late Mary Eden, widow ii) John Watts of Sulgrave, Northamptonshire, gentleman Francis Burton of Aynhoe, Northamptonshire, gentleman the Reverend John Gibberd of Sharnbrook, clerk Commissioners of the Enclosure of Souldrop iii) William Gibberd of Parliament Street, Westminster, baker recites : at time of passing of Enclosure Act for Souldrop, i) entitled to 30 acres land in fields of Souldrop. Commissioners have allotted to i) in lieu of that said 30 acres :- - 25 acres 11 perches as described in Enclosure Award Agreement that i) to borrow £50 to defray expenses arising from Enclosure now : consideration: £50 to i) by iii) i) mortgages to ii) : - above property for 1000 year term signature: i), ii) witnesses: Hannah Bradbery, Mary Langley 16 Jan 1771 endorsed : Memorandum by i) dated 29 Dec 1775 that he agrees to take of Joseph Eden £4 per annum for within £50, from death of his wife, on same security enclosed: 1. Copy of Allotment in Enclosure Award to James Catesby and wife Mary in lieu of their 30 acres :- - 26 acres 2 roods 6 perches, bounded East, South and West by old enclosures and street of Souldrop, other part of South by lands awarded to Henry James Pye; other part of South by old enclosure; other part of West and on North by lands awarded to Henry James Pye 2. Particulars of Mr Eden's estate at Souldrop - farm house, barn, yard and homestall occupied by Joseph Eden. About 13 acres arable and 17 acres sward - £1400 - 2 cottages situate at a distance, let at £5 per annum 3. Declaration of Trust (i) William Giberd (ii) James Catesby stating that £50 mentioned in above mortgage was the proper money of (ii) and the deed making use of the name of (i) was only to assign the remainder of the term in trust, see X547/57, to (i) (i) promises to transfer property as (ii) may appoint signature : (i) witnesses: R Taylor, Henry Sibley
