346 acres in the fields: 63 acres arable and 8 acres sward in Conduit field, 65 acres 2 roods arable and 16 acres sward in Windmill field, 68 acres 2 roods and 7 acres sward in Bury field, 87 acres arable, 29 acres sward in Oak field; and 2 pieces of meadow in Press meadow, Goldington;
all tithes;
except the use of all that part of the capital messuage wherein one Barnardiston Riseley, widow lately dwelt, for the "reception and abode" of Mordaunt, the Gelding stable and the little pightle
(½ acre) in occupation of Francis Brace, gentleman enclosed and divided from the Dovehouse close by a fence made by Francis Brace
Rent to be paid at that door of the capital messuage which is nighest to the pump in the pumpyard there
Clauses include; Mordaunt will enter upon the meadow and arable and the gelding stable, the chamber over the same, the little stable adjoining, the hay barn at the other end of the little stable and 2 bays at the north end of Chapel Barn at Annunciation before the end of the term;
present tenant, Thomas Gurney, may have use of tiled barn, Chapel Barn and the east yard and stackyard until 24 June 1705, for his last crop of grain
