Probend street and S. the river Ouse, late purchased by Mary Riseley of Thomas Carter, fellmonger 8 September 1673; messuage in St Peter Martin in occupation of James Brand, gentleman, Bendhouse lane S., tenure of John Wyiffin N., abutting E. St Peter's green, close of pasture (2 acres) appertaining; cottage late in occupation of John Catlyn in Bendhouse lane; piece of arable land called Hogsheard's piece in St Cuthbert's (13 acres), Fish Pond closes E., ½ acre land belonging to Peck's farm in occupation of John Clayton W., Miller's leys, Miller's piece and land of Thomas Hawes S.; 40 acres in the fields of Bedford and Goldington; which last mentioned properties were purchased by Mary Riseley of Joseph Hobson of St James Clerkenwell, gentleman, 30 October 1670
