    - A cottage in Middle Row, Leighton Buzzard, formerly in occupation of John Swinstead junior and late of Edmund Potts, and since of Francis Ratt, adjoining cottage of Thomas Odell (to be surrendered to Matthew Deverell) north, the corn market south, and the market place west. - Also the upper part of the washhouse, the upper part of the garden, and the joint use of the passage; adjacent Samuel Hopkins’ brewhouse. To which the said Francis Ratt was admitted 30-31 October 1817 on surrender of Thomas Odell junior.
