Their Majesties overturned in Richmond garden in the little paddock near the observatory, driving in their garden chaise, and the head of it being pulled up, H.M. did not see some bank he run the wheel against and tipped over. Only footman ran to hold horses, nor could Queen on upper side raise or disentangle herself to get out, some bargemen called from river to assist. The top being up had happily prevented her being thrown out, but nose cut against iron, bled, dirtied and wounded appearance, but neither otherwise hurt.
