    ... piece of land called Beesings in Clapham (7 acres):- piece of sward in Haycroft lying on the N. side of a piece of land of Thomas Taylor containing 20 ridges and a small baulk, and goes to the road, and the hedge belonging to Beesings, the sweard by the river side, and between the land of Thomas Taylor and the river side; piece of ley lying on the S. side of Taylor's land, being 17 ridges at the nether end and 21 ridges at the upper, with sward of grass on the S. side of the piece called a Slade, which piece at the nether end goes to the river and the upper end to the road; formerly in occupation of Richard Taylor Witnesses: Thomas Harbech, Richard Gotobed, Paul Cobbe, Thomas Bamford Seal on tag, papered, no impression
