  • Scope and Content
    (1) Margaret Scroggs shall pay to Aleaxander £40 for the destruction she has done in the Northill property which ought of right to come to Alexander; this sum is to be paid on 28 March following in the south porch of Biggleswade church between 9am and [hole] pm. (2) She is to give Alexander a bond for the payment of 20 nobles at the following Michaelmas, and thereafter at 28 March and at Michaelmas. (3) She shall acknowledge Alexander's right to the reversion after her death, and shall deliver to him the writings and evidences. (4) Alexander is to give Margaret a bond for peaceful occupation during her lifetime. (5) He is also to cancel the pending lawsuit. Witnesses: Ste. Pryce, Wm. Fysshe jr, Ric. Jeukes.
