    Abstract of Title of Kathleen Mary Craig to 66 and 68 Saint Loyes Street, Bedford Conveyance of 8 October 1937 Parties: (i) Ernest Hockliffe of Barrow Court Farm, Tickenham [Somerset], professor of literature, retired; William Llewelyn Jones of 1 Harpur Street, Bedford, solicitor (ii) Kathleen Mary Craig of 9 Kimbolton Avenue, Bedford, wife of Herbert Teesdale Craig, lieutenant-colonel in the Indian Army Reciting: - will of Frederick Rich Hockliffe of Pavenham, bookseller of 19 March 1929 appointing his wife Elizabeth and (i) as trustees and executors, devising and bequeathing to them the residue of his real and personal estate upon trust for sale to pay income to his wife and , after her death, to hold as a trust fund jointly for their children; - death of Frederick Rich Hockliffe at Bedford on 23 April 1929 and probate of his will in PPR on 15 August 1929; - assent of 24 June 1933 in which Elizabeth Hockliffe and (i) vested in themselves (a)-(c) and other real estate of Frederick Rich Hockliffe; - death of Elizabeth Hockliffe on 5 April 1937; - (ii) was a child of Frederick Rich Hockliffe; - (i) allotted (a)-(c) to (ii) under Law of Property Act 1925 as her share of the estate of her father Operative Part: - (i) granted (a)-(c) to (ii) Property: (a) two messuages and shops known as 66 and 68 Saint Loyes Street, Bedford with yard, garden and outbuilding at the rear of 66, the outbuilding abutting on Brace Street with benefit of lease of 24 January 1931 granted to Arthur Clarence Rendall and Marie Julienne, his wife; (b) flat known as 68a Saint Loyes Street with staircase and passage leading into Brace Street and building at the rear used as a garage, the flat being over 68 Saint Loyes Street with benefit of lease and supplemental lease of 3 December 1930 and 18 May 1931 to Cyril Carre Ingrouille expiring 25 December 1940 at £75 per annum rent; (c) 3 Brace Street in weekly tenancy of William Austin Beard
