(b) flat known as 68a Saint Loyes Street with staircase and passage leading into Brace Street and building at the rear used as a garage, the flat being over 68 Saint Loyes Street with benefit of lease and supplemental lease of 3 December 1930 and 18 May 1931 to Cyril Carre Ingrouille expiring 25 December 1940 at £75 per annum rent;
(c) 3 Brace Street in weekly tenancy of William Austin Beard
