    i) John Ruffle, Neath, Glamorgan, analytical chemist ii) Abraham Dear, Stotfold William Medlock by will dated 21 April 1884 appointed wife Ann, and i) his son-in-law, and grandson Charles William Medlock, executors and trustees. Property bequeathed to them in trust for sale. He died 7 July 1885. Will proved (Principal Probate Registry) on 4 August 1885. Charles William Medlock and Ann Medlock have died, leaving i) only surviving trustee premises put up for sale on 25 June 1896. now in consideration of £520 i) conveys to ii) - piece market garden ground at Stotfold having frontage of 173 feet to main road from Stotfold to the Three Counties Asylum and Hitchin (5 acres 1 rood 15 perches) (as in plan in margin of deed) - piece market garden ground adjoining partly on West on above piece, having frontage of 666 feet to an accommodation road leading to said main road (10 acres 3 roods 10 perches) signed i) witness Edward J Danby 7 August 1896 endorsed with: memorandum as conveyance of 29 September 1921 a) Ernest and Mary Dear b) Parkinson James Bygrave - land (5 acres 1 rood 25 perches) being East part of piece cont 10 acres 3 roods 10 perches right to production of main conveyance acknowledged 29 September 1921 with further memorandum 1) Ernest and Mary Dear 2) George Dear - land (5 acres 1 rood 25 perches) being remaining portion of above 10 acres 3 roods 10 perches right to production of main conveyance acknowledged 29 September 1921
