Bequeathed personal & real estate to wife Elizabeth, charged with payment of £340 to his brother John York of Laundon, Buckinghamshire, farmer. Executor: wife Elizabeth. Recites also intended marriage of Elizabeth to John Burr; & the transfer of £340 stock in South Sea Annuities so that they might be secured in the names of William Harris and William Staines.
