– All the husbandry & household goods of said Edward Burr senior. And also the capital messuage & site of the Manor of Westoning [no details]. [Recites Will of said Edward Burr senior, whereby he bequeaths all his personal estate to his wife Elizabeth, his executor, for payment of debts, with the overplus to be divided between sons Edward & John. And recites also Demise dated 28 Sept 1694, between William Lord Lempster & Edward Burr senior. – The site of the Manor]. Witnesses: Henry Hunt & William Alford.
