– The messuage in which Thomas Beart dwells; a close adjoining containing 5 acres; & the residue of 49 acres in the fields of Westoning which were late of Ralph Allwey, (father of said Ann) and leased for 99 years by said Thomas Beartt to Roger Pittkin, gentleman, deceased in 1645/6, with reversion to said Thomas Paratt & Humphrey Monoux, gentleman, deceased, (except 23½ acres conveyed to Christopher Crouch, gentleman & 8½ acres to Thomas Dix of Westoning). Witnesses: William Brown, William Rawlins, Thomas Paratt senioor & Richard Smyth.
