(B) Mortgage, dated 1586: Henry Wilson and John Kelcho to Richard Botsford (father of said Henry Botsford). - A messuage & close adjoining; and 1½ acres in Tebworth in Chalgrave [no details]. (C) Mortgage dated 1588: Robert Paule to Richard Botsford. - 1 acre in the East Field of Tebworth. (D) Mortgage dated 1600: Henry Howse to Robert Paule - 1½ perches in Tutwell Acre in Sedge Meade in Chalgrave; & a small dole in the same acre; & 1 perch & a small dole in Heale Meade; (formerly demised by Robert Paule to Thomas Oney). (E) Assignment dated 1638/9: Henry Botsford to his son Nicholas. (F) Will of Nicholas Botsford dated 17 October 1663, whereby he devises to his son Daniel (brother of said Edmund), his cottage in Tebworth, with appurtenant land containing 1 acre; & 3 acres arable in Tebworth, viz: between Robell & Combes; in Red Furlong; in Lecke; on Tedder Hill; Redmore Furlong, abutting on Crouch Furlong; at Paules Townsend; in Tuttwell Acre in Sedge Meade; & in Tuttwell Acre in Halwe Mead. And to his son Edmond, Noores Close containing 5 roods in Comgefield; & 1½ acre in Wot Furlong; Redmore; & at Mill Path in Tebworth. (G) Letters of Administration granted to said Edmund 1669/70.
