- Scope and Contenti) Samuel Vince, clerk, M.A. Commissary of Archdeaconry of Bedford ii) Joseph Eade of Hitchin, Hertfordshire, gentleman Recites: allegation that neither William Findlay (executor of will of John Findlay) nor Thomas Wyles (executor of the will of William Findlay) had assigned the remainder of the term of 1000 years created by HT1/18/4 and vested in John Findlay in Trust for Thomas Cawne by an indenture of 22 January 1744/5 [HT1/18/6]; George Sharpe has become entitled to freehold of premises, but there is no legal personal representative of John Findlay to assign the residue of the term of years to a Trustee. George Sharpe cannot make a good title to premises, and has therefore requested letters of administration of the goods and chattells of John Findlay to be granted to ii) in order that the term might be assigned NOW i) grants letters of administration to ii) of the goods and chattells of John Findlay left unadministered by William Findlay, limited so far as concerns the right, title and interest of John Findlay in the term of years etc. signature: Charles Abbott, Vice registrar
