- two messuages or tenements in Well Street in the parish of St. Paul, Bedford, with outhouses, buildings, yards and gardens belonging, built by i) on the site of a messuage formerly in the occupation of John Lovelidge, afterwards of Thomas Lovelidge, since of John Frohock, late of James Horsford, and one messuage now in the occupation of Thomas Jagg, and the other late in the occupation of George Rickward and now unoccupied [Plan in margin, with dimensions]
