    - Devises to wife Alice, a copyhold close in Cranfield (purchased by his father Thomas Edwards from Joel Baker); & all property in North Crawley, Buckinghamshire & then to kinsman Thomas Bass of Kempston. Also all his property in Cranfield (late of his uncle Peter Edwards), to wife, and then to Ambrose Bass (brother of Thomas) on condition that he pays £100 to his sister Ann Bass. Also his property in Cranfield, (late of father Thomas) on the decease of his mother Mary Edwards, to Joel Bass (brother of said Thomas) on condition that he pays £10 to his mother Anne Bass. Also his property in Toddington (purchased off his brother Peter), to Amos Bass (a son of Anne Bass). [No topographical detail]. And also bequests to Anne (daughter of Thomas Reddall, late of Woughton, Buckinghamshire), & to Thomas (son of Thomas Reddall). Executor: wife. Witnesses: Thomas Partridge, John Binyon & Thos.
