- a messuage in Wingfield, & 2 closes belonging containing 5 acres in occupancy of Robert Garrell. - a messuage in the South End of Toddington; & 3 acres of pasture adjoining; in occupancy of William Goldsmith. - a messuage in the North End of Toddington; & a pightle belonging containing 1 acre, in occupancy of John Eams; and some arable (purchased by Mrs Helder, by Thomas Dearman). viz: 1 acre in Langley Field, next the highway called Long Lane; 1 acre in Redfield shooting on Bennels or Cawdels Piece; 1 acre in the same Field, shooting on Frenchmans Way; & 1 acre in the same, lying in Warmark. Witnesses: Francis Bedcott, John Bayley & John Reddell.
