– A farmhouse in Stanbridge in occupancy of said Rowland Gadsden; the messuage in which Thomas Gurney lately dwelt, now John Tearle, lying north of the farmhouse; 4 cottages in the several occupancies of Peter Ellingham, William Woodward, William Hyne & Abel Tearle, on the Hill in Stanbridge; Moores Close containing 4 acres; Home Close containing 2 acres; 7 poles of land (made part of Home Close); 1 rood 37 perches on the late green; 53 acres in Muggingdon Field & Moor Closes (except the site on which the windmill now stands); 2 closes containing 3 acres, lying near the said cottages; a close called Hillwick containing ½ acre; 50½ acres in Muggingdon Field; a close called Penley containing 1 acre; 6 acres of leasehold land in Muggindon Far Field; 1 acre of copyhold in Muggingdon Home Field & Muggingdon Far Field; all in Stanbridge; & also 5 acres of copyhold in Chalton Hill Field in Billington in Leighton Buzzard.
