B) Assignment to Henry Cooley, gentleman dated 1706/7. C) Assignment to Peter Harding of Leighton Buzzard, hatter, dated 1713. D) Mortgage dated 1713 for £30: Richard Culverhouse senior to daughter Sarah of Edlesborough, spinster. – A cottage in which Richard Culverhouse junior dwells, & a wick or pightle adjoining, called Bowells [bounds given]. E) Assignment, dated 1718: (i) Peter Harding; (ii) Richard Nore & wife Sarah (late Culverhouse); (iii) Richard Culverhouse of Whitchurch, Buckinghamshire, butcher (grandson of Richard Culverhouse); & (iv) the said Mary Ligo. – Both properties Witnesses: John Ashwell, Alice Hickford, Mark Foutain & John Theed.
