Property as in WI/266, viz: - 3½ acres in the Fields of Eaton Bray & Totternhoe, viz. 3 acres in a furlong called Longhamond in the Nether Field (since enclosed & called Hamonds Close), between the land late of James Burr & now of Richard Whinnett, & that of Richard Roberts, & abutting North on Hamond Meade; 1 rood in Eaton Fenn Furlong between the Vicarage Land & that late of Edmund Cooke & Thomas George; & the other rood in Moorslade Furlong between the late of Edmund Cooke & now of Richard Roberts & that late of John Wells & now of Widow Hewett & abutting North on Totternhoe Fenn. – Recites A) original mortgage dated 1699/70 between the said William Raynor, deceased.
