    – To wife Elizabeth - his messuage in Totternhoe in occupancy of Richard Bull; - a messuage in Eaton Bray in occupancy of Richard Leach; - a farm at Eaton Bray in occupancy of William Inwards; - a messuage & malting-house in the Green End of Eaton Bray in occupancy of Thomas Astin; - 2 messuages in the East Ends of Eaton Bray, in occupancy of John Holt & Thomas Stanbridge; - several coppices & closes in the East Ends & Green end of Eaton Bray; - and all other freehold property in Totternhoe & Eaton Bray. And after her death, to cousins Ann Griffin & Elizabeth Stonestreet, charged with payment of following legacies: - to brother Thomas Fox - to John, Benjamin, Thomas, Joseph, William Fox & Mary Haveaker (children of the said Thomas Fox) - to the children of Elizabeth Thap, deceased. (daughter of said Thomas Fox) - to his wife’s sister Isabella Penny - to John & Elizabeth Penny (children of John & Isabella Penny), - to Martha Penny - to kinsmen Thomas & Anthony Hudson - to cousin John Crossfield (or on death, his son James) - to Thomas, Joel & Richard Crossfield (sons of cousin Thomas Crossfield, deceased) - to cousin Thomas Ashwell - to Henry Chapman - William Sandon junior. - his godson, Thomas Foxen junior. Executor: wife Elizabeth, or if she dies, Ann Griffin & Elizabeth Stonestreet. Witnesess: Thomas Carter, Richard Leach & John Holt. Codicil occasioned by the death of wife Elizabeth, & of Elizabeth (late Stonestreet), wife of Lewis Pugh. Property now devised to Ann Griffin, & in the event of her death to Thomas Stonestreet of London, merchant, in trust for her children. Witnesses: Thomas Foxen, Thomas Carter and Richard Leach
