- To son Thomas his messuage in which Josias Turpin dwells, & a cottage belonging, in which John Fowler dwells, in Church End in Eaton Bray, near the messuage of Simon Wood, south & abutting east on Pinfold Green; & also all other lands in Eaton Bay & Totternhoe purchased off Roger Sanderson (except a cottage in which Thomas Cooke dwells, & close adjoining in the East End of Eaton Bray). - To son John, a messuage in which Henry Crawley dwells in the Church End of Eaton Bray, next the messuage of John Deakes east and all other lands in Eaton Bray and Totternhoe purchased of John Houghton. - To son James, the cottage in which Thomas Cooke dwells; & other property not so far devised. Bequests to daughters Anne & Alice & to wife Alice. Executors: wife & son James. Witnesses: Richard Atkins (sen.) & Renold Wells.
