    - to son Thomas Carter, messuage in Bedford in the occupation of Mr. John Goodhall, and all other lands and tenements in Bedford - to son Thomas Carter, £500 to be paid within 6 months of testator' s death. - to wife Elizabeth Carter, and to son Thomas, £100 in trust to be put out at interest, and the interest to be paid to daughter Elizabeth, wife of Thomas Skevington of Newton, Buckinghamshire, for life, and afterwards the principal to be divided equally among her children, or if none, the sum of £100 to be paid to all the testator's other children. - to daughters Ann Carter, Mary Carter, and Temperance Carter, £700 each to be paid within 12 months of testator' s death. Appoints son Thomas Carter and son in law Thomas Skevington to help executrix. - to Thomas Skevington, £20. residue of estate to wife Elizabeth, who he appoints as sole executrix. witnesses: Benjamin Rogers William Cawne Robert Clare
