- TitleAbstract of Conveyance in trust (lease and release) [Sarah and Henry Courtman (widow and son and heir respectively of Robert Courtman, deceased) conveyed the premises to Thomas Brace and William Goodhall in trust to be sold in order to repay £300 due to Mark Wayland, £9 due to John Pollard, £50 due to Francis Brace, and £40 due to John Courtman. The £50 due to Francis Brace was by way of a mortgage of the reversion of the property.
