    – A cottage; 10 perches (part of a larger piece of land) in Leck Brook Furlong in the Middle Field bounded west by land of Mrs Ann Ashwell, east by copyhold land (purchased by William Biley off Mr John White, adjoining the turnpike road from Leighton Buzzard to Hockliffe south and abutting north of Bacon Hedge Way. Recites Will of Thomas White, dated 31 October 1815, proved 1817, whereby he devises all his land in the Open Fields of Leighton Buzzard (purchased off John Eavestaff & wife Mary), to his son, the said William White. A schedule of deeds, 1709-84, giving parties only on last membrane: (A) Feoffment, 1709 Elizabeth Trulove & Robert Haile to John Ashwell. (B) Feoffment, 1710: John Ashwell to John Scrivener.
