Two copyhold cottages in the North Street of Leighton Buzzard in occupancy of William Brown & Edward Pointer, a garden ground in the Lammas Close, in occupancy of son Thomas & George Gibbs, to use of son Samuel. To granddaughter, Elizabeth Cullingham, the house & shop in North Street with right of way over the “Greyhound Inn” yard, then in occupancy of son Thomas. To John Loke of Leighton Buzzard, maltster, & Matthew Bliss of Hellesthorpe (county Buckinghamshire), farmer, (executors & trustees), the rest of his real and personal estate in trust to sell it by public auction or private contract and to divide the profits amongst his sons Samuel, Henry, James & Thomas.
