    - A land containing ½ acre in Grovebury Field abutting west into Penley (late called Pennilloe) Way, between the Glebe (lately called land of Richard Ashwell), and land late of William Fermor, now of John Flint; & another land containing ½ acre between the land late of John Owen Stubbe, and late William Pyne, & that late of John Norman, & now of Samuel Hopkins; both are in occupancy of Samuel Hopkins and are freehold. Also 2¼ acres in Grovebury Field in Kings Mead; 1¼ acres thereof bounded by the Hooked Ditch North, the meadow of Anne Ashwell south and the other 1acre between the land late of William Claridge and of Anne Ashwell. Also Round Meadow containing 2 acres in Leighton Buzzard near a water-mill, in occupancy of Joseph Flemons, [Copyhold in occupancy of said Samuel Hopkins]. Witnesses: Arthur Ashfield, (solicitor), Joseph Woodman & Frederick Willis (attorney), all of Leighton Buzzard.
