Recites admission of Robert Emerton on death of William Emerton senior. 1798; the Surrender to use of his Will, 1802; his Will, 1804, devising the property to brother William Emerton; Surrender to use of Will of William Emerton, 1805 and Will of William Emerton, 7 May 1805, devising property to wife Mary & then to daughter Mary; & rents to be divided amongst daughters Mary, Elizabeth & Ann Emerton.
